Make a Bug Hotel

Gardens need insects to keep healthy, and building a Bug Hotel is a great way to provide a secure fun place for bugs to live.

MATERIALS:

• A collection of different shaped objects for example:
  • Cardboard rolls
  • Old bricks
  • Wood
  • Bark
  • Old pot plant containers
• Wood or bricks to make the structure such as an old wooden crate.
• Leaves and old plant material

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Make your outside structure first that will contain all the objects you've collected
• Build it up the hotel with your different objects that could represent different rooms.
• Add a bit of plant material for the bugs to munch.
